 Reference: In this office's notification dated: 21/06/2021 No.: Rapbo/HMAT/2021/4178-4221 Sir, To inform the above subject that from the notification referred to, the State  Applications are invited from candidates with prescribed qualifications and prescribed experience for the “Principal Aptitude Test (HMAT)-2022” examination for appointment as Principals in Grant-in-Ed Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools registered by the Examination Board.  At the time of recruitment, the prescribed qualifications and prescribed experience will be verified by the recruitment committee and the decision of the recruitment committee will be final.

 The state examination board receives the online applications and organizes the examination and gives the result/certificate. Regarding this advertisement dated: 16/10  / 2022 is scheduled to be held at Ahmedabad city, Ahmedabad rural, Rajkot and Surat district centers on Sunday afternoon from 13:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs.  All the candidates who have filled the application form and paid the fee in this examination will be allowed to appear in the conditional examination on the condition that the candidate has prescribed experience and prescribed qualification as per the notification. 

 A candidate cannot claim to have prescribed qualifications and prescribed experience by appearing in the examination.  Eligibility verification of all the candidates appearing in this examination will be done by the recruitment committee appointed at that time so that all the candidates who have filled the form and fee will be eligible to appear in the examination subject to the decision of the recruitment committee during the recruitment process.  This has to be reported in the government and aided schools under your control.
