Objectives

 (A)

 The State Examination Board is an autonomous body under the education department of the state.  It takes the following exams:

 1.  Pre-training for pre-primary school teachers (pre-PTC) jobs.

 2.  Primary Primary School Teachers (PTC)

 3.  Career Development Curriculum Examinations like Preliminary and Intermediate Drawing Grade.

 4.  Diploma in home science, banking, accounting and physics, etc. in the field of professional vocational courses

 5.

 CP  Ed and D.P.  A physical education course like Ed

 6.  Diploma in Basic Education

 ૭.  A departmental examination to update the functioning of the education department

 ૮.  Higher art exams to nurture and develop a sense of beauty and value in children.

 ૯.  Defense Sanctuary and the NTS  RIMC for admission in  Such as national level exams

 ૧૦.  Discipleship Examination for elementary and secondary students

 ૧૧.  Sanskrit school examinations like first, middle, scribe and principal.

 ૧૨.  Take the exam board as prescribed or any other examination assigned by the government.

 (B) The State Examination Board shall assist and guide the Education Department of the Government of Gujarat in implementing its policy and conducting major programs in the field of examination throughout the State.

 (C) The important function of the State Examination Board is to raise the standard of examination level, for this purpose the State Examination Board will organize the work.  It will be modernized and implemented as follows

 1.  Communication of all examinations.

 2.  Lamination of certificates and certificates.

 3.  Bar coding of respondents to keep candidates' identities private for the appraiser.

 5.

 Assess the accountability of all examinations with a centralized assessment.
