S - Issue of caste certificates to scheduled applicants within 5 hours  The circular, therefore, is reported to the Deputy Director of all the districts, the Scheduled Caste Welfare and the District Social Welfare Officer (Panchayat), Resolution No. of the Government's Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar.  As per the instructions given on 1/0/1, if the district officer / competent officer is present at the office during the working days of the office, instructions have been issued regarding issue of caste certificate on the same day, despite the submission of not issuing caste certificate on the same day. 

 From now on, the applicants of the Scheduled Castes are asked to give the Scheduled Caste Certificate as per their demand, after carefully scrutinizing all the necessary evidence -w on the same day as the application is made.
