 .  The gist

Only those who are awake and alert on the night of Sharad Purnima get the benefit of Amrutprashan!

The rays of the moon that come out tonight give our body new energy.  The moon's rays are believed to rain nectar from the sky.  The moon is cool so its rays give us coolness.

Ayurveda has shown 40 diseases of bile.  And it is said that "Piteshu Jamat Vat" means to treat Pit like a son-in-law.  If the son-in-law does not get a sweet reception from the father-in-law, he should be treated like a son-in-law.

In India, people have been consuming milk-poua or kheer on the night of Sharad Poonam for many centuries.  Many temples offer these offerings in the night light.  All night or some hours rice i.e. rice or poua, milk and powdered sugar are kept in this moonlight so that the rays of the moon fall on it so it becomes cool and in offering it to the Lord it becomes holy.  Therefore, since this cold and holy prasad is a bile sedative, by consuming it, the bile is calmed and the bile related ailments like stomach inflammation, acidity, nausea and vomiting are relieved or not.

That is why we should keep milk-poua, kheer or khadisakar on the roof of the house at home till the end or for a few hours.  Thus we use old rice more in food so that it is easier to digest, but in this chemical experiment we should use only new rice, cow's milk, khadisakar.

If this can happen all day, just apply cow's milk pudding.  Do not eat spicy, fried or spicy food at all.  And keep the cow's milk and poua on the agaci at night and consume it in the morning.  And at night we should sit for as long as we can in the cool light of the moon or finally sleep so that these cool rays fall on our body and our bile calms down and new energy is transmitted.

That is why in Ayurveda it is said to sit in the open moonlight at night when there is open sky in autumn.

This night is to prepare a medicine which can cure bile diseases or keep such diseases away from us.  To prepare this herb you will need pure Khadisakar which has different shapes.  Do not use square shaped sugar available in the market.  Bring pure Khadisakar from Gandhi's shop and keep it in a white cloth on the agasi tonight or in such a way that the direct rays of the moon fall on this Khadisakar.

And can be covered with a net.  For example we take a small tipoi, keep a vessel full of water under its four bases so that ants, mankoda do not go.  Let this Khadisakar stay in the moonlight till morning so that the biliary effect of the cool rays of the moon comes to that Khadisakar.  Now put this Khadisakar in a glass jar.

When acidity occurs, when bile is increased, sucking this khadisakar will alleviate bile and cure the disease.  Can be taken with any Ayurvedic herbs or kitchen herbs throughout the year.

Even if milk-poua or kheer is kept in the moonlight on the night of Sharad Poonam and gold or silver or other precious metals are kept in that kheer, its properties also merge in this kheer and the capacity of kheer also increases.  At the same time our immune system also increases.  Do not keep this pudding in an aluminum or plastic container.

Sitting in the moonlight on this night of Sharadpurnima, its rays falling on our body has a wonderful effect on the innumerable neurons of our body.  Your liver makes bile for digestion, our stomach makes acid.  And our pancreas, the pancreas, makes juice.  All this digestion 4 to 5 liters of fluid accumulates in the stomach.  That is why Sharadpurnima Khadisakar can keep everyone calm.

Now many diabetics will be asking the question, how do we do such an experiment?  So in answering them, I show the same experiment for them.  Take poua and take three times cow's milk from Tana.  To keep this poua soaked in cow's milk in the moonlight at night.  Cover the grate so that no object or germ falls inside.  You can also add cardamom in it.  This milk poua should be kept in the moonlight all night and consumed in the morning.

Due to the coolness of the moon on the autumn full moon, many people are staring at the moon tonight without blinking an eye.  Doing so also increases the brightness of the eyes as the cool light of the moon falls on the eye.
